Starting a skincare brand can seem complex, but with the right OEM / private label manufacturing support, the process can become simple and efficient. MD Cosmetic Lab helps brands develop high-quality skincare products through a structured development process with trusted Korean manufacturing partners.

Step 1 — Share Your Product Idea

Tell us about the skincare product you want to develop. This may include the product type, target market, ingredients, or packaging ideas.

Step 2 — Formula Development & Samples

We coordinate with trusted manufacturers to develop product samples and refine the formula until it meets your expectations.

Step 3 — Packaging Selection

the product moves into full OEM / private label skincare production with our trusted manufacturing partners.

Step 4 — Production

Once the formula and packaging are approved, the product moves into OEM / private label skincare manufacturing.

Step 5 — Delivery & Launch

Finished products are prepared for shipment so your brand can launch and begin selling.

STEP 2 – ORDER A DEVELOPMENT SAMPLE

All OEM / ODM projects begin with a paid development sample.

Ordering a sample allows you to evaluate the product's texture, absorption, fragrance, and performance before moving forward with production.

Samples are provided in a standard laboratory container for formula evaluation.

SAMPLE PREPARATION TIME

Development Sample Fee: $200 per formulation

This fee includes laboratory preparation, ingredient sourcing, and sample testing.

Sample fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward the first production order.

Sample preparation typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on formulation complexity and ingredient availability.

Once completed, samples are shipped via international courier.

If adjustments are needed after evaluating the sample, additional reformulation samples can be developed.
